Most of my career was spent in a larger organization, advising leaders through complex employee matters. I bring that experience to smaller businesses and adapt it to their size, priorities, and day-to-day realities.

I hold the SHRM-CP credential and a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Baruch College.
